We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. The issue of not being able to play songs/files has been brought to the attention of the LP team and we are currently working on a solution.
When you are experiencing this issue, you can try to force stop and open Lark Player again, this will solve it temporarily. The steps are: Go to your phone's system settings, navigate to the app management section, select Lark Player, and then choose “Force Stop” to close the app.
In order to locate and resolve the issue faster, please submit feedback in Lark Player's Feedback and let us know:
- Is it the music or files that are not playing? Can you send us the file as an attachment?
- What is the format of the unplayable songs/files? Have they been transcoded? What website did you download the files from?
- When this problem occurs, is there any pop-up window or other hints? If so, can you take a screenshot?
- Do you have 'Gapless', 'Crossfade' and 'Play together with other apps' enabled when this problem occurs?
