We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. The issue of no sound during playback has been noticed by the LP team and we are currently working on a solution.
When you are experiencing this issue, you can try to force stop and open Lark Player again, this will solve it temporarily. The steps are: Go to your phone's system settings, navigate to the app management section, select Lark Player, and then choose “Force Stop” to close the app.
In order to locate and resolve the issue faster, please submit feedback in Lark Player's Feedback and let us know:
- Does the progress bar move when playing without sound?
- Is there sound when manually switching to the next song?
- Can other players play it with or without sound?
- Does this problem only occur on certain songs, or on all songs?
