To provide you with an optimal listening experience, Lark Player defaults to hiding files with a duration of less than 60 seconds and a file size of less than 100KB. You can modify these hiding conditions in the settings by following steps:
- Go to the "Settings" page.
- Tap "Hidden Songs" in the center of the "Settings" page.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
From there, you can adjust the default hiding rules and manage hidden folders.
If you still cannot find your files, please check if you have hidden any folders. If a folder is hidden, all the music/videos within that folder will not show on the playlist. If you want to find hidden songs/files and unhidden them, you can:
- Go to the “Settings” page.
- Select “Hidden Songs.”
- Choose the songs or files you want to unhide.
Alternatively, you can go to the bottom of the music list page, where you will see an option to “See Hidden Music.”
If you still cannot locate the files, it may be due to Lark Player lacking access to the folders where the files are stored. You can grant Lark Player permission to access these folders by:
- Opening your phone’s system settings.
- Selecting "App Management".
- Choosing "Lark Player" from the list of apps.
- Going to "Permissions".
- Ensuring that "Storage" or "Files" access is enabled for Lark Player.
Thank you for your attention to these details. If you have any further questions, please contact us via feedback in App.
